There he is blissfully sleeping on my couch- a picture of utter comfort and relaxation - this splurge of gingery and creamy stripes - white booteed and pink-nosed pussycat is Moto. My moggy. Collected him half way up the M42 - hence his name!

Seems I have exchanghed my oh so new- found freedom for that "now how can I go and leave him" feeling............

Some cats you can just ignore (or they ignore you): some are independent and are mostly creatures of the night - sleeping the daylight hours away, and some are couchy-lovey-I-belong-to-you cats......

Moto is a breed of his own. He likes: sleeping sleeping on my bed - especially when I am in it!!! AND staying out all night
only eating his food cold from the fridge AND eating out (ANYWHERE ELSE!)
being totally attached and constantly purring AND ignoring me completely
behaving so beautifully like a good cat AND terrorizing the neighbourhood

Consequently THIS cat is not just for Christmas - he is who he is and somehow gets me adapting around him - well, luvvy theres changes ahead!!!

I AM NOT LEAVING THE WINDOW OPEN ANY MORE AFTER 11PM
I AM NOT PANDERING TO YOUR CUISINE TASTES
I'N NOT BUYING YOU ANY MORE TOYS TO BE IGNORED
I AINT APOLOGIZING TO THE NEIGHBOURS WHEN YOU GET IN THEIR CATFLAPS
I REFUSE TO TAKE YOU UP THE SHOPS IN THE BACK OF THE CAR
AND
I AM PUTTING YOU IN A CATTERY WHEN I GO ON HOLIDAY!!!!!!

SO THERE!!

In the meantime Im off for three days now to grandchild sit - and I shall TRY not to let the guilt last too long up the M3 - think I need some Cat Therapy!!!

Bye Moto....ah............bless..........
